Mixed martial arts, or MMA, is the combination of both the striking (Boxing and Muay Thai) and grappling (submission/Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling) arts to produce the ultimate system of combat sport and self-defense.
This program places emphasis on the transition between the striking and grappling ranges of combat. Practicing takedowns, submissions, and sparring is a great way to get in shape and improve your overall strength, conditioning, and self-defense skills. Proper clothing and protective gear is mandatory for these classes, and we have multiple instructors who are more than willing to help you along the way.
